I decided to make the switched to VOIP about a year and a half ago in efforts to save some money on my phone bill. I figured I was paying enough for broadband Internet, so I might as well save some money somewhere.

I just read the other guys complaint about ViaTalk. Man he hit the nail on the head. They are very sneaky and hungry for money.

I had similiar issues and left the service for good. Lost money, but now I have peace of mind.
